Trouble Resetting Your Account Password or Logging In
If you’re having trouble resetting your OutOfAir account password, here’s what might be happening and what you can do:
1. You may not have an account
For security reasons, we don’t indicate whether an email is associated with an account when reseting your password. If you’re not sure, you can still place an order — just select Checkout as Guest at checkout. You’ll receive the same order confirmation and shipping updates as usual.
2. You have an account, but the reset email isn’t showing up
Password reset emails sometimes go to spam or junk folders. Check those folders first, and mark the message as “Not Spam” so future emails come through correctly. It's usually easiest to search those folders for "OutOfAir" (all one word, no spaces).
If you still don’t see the reset email, it's possible you do not have an account with us (or it may be under a different email address). You can contact us and we’ll help you regain access to your account if needed.
Ordering without an account - no login needed
You can always shop and check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and only needed if you’d like to view order history or save your address for next time.
