How Do You Ship Orders?
We ship most orders using a network of warehouses located throughout the United States. These warehouses use a combination of carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, LaserShip, OnTrac, and various regional carriers. Because these warehouses are independently operated, we cannot choose which carrier or service is used for a particular shipment. The exact carrier is not known until after the order has shipped.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Why do you use fulfillment networks instead of only your own warehouse?
We do have our own warehouse, but using fulfillment networks allows us to keep shipping free while still offering fast delivery times. Most orders ship within 1–2 days, and over 99% of orders are delivered within 6 business days (with most arriving in 3–4 business days).
*For HI and AK, please allow up to 5 additional business days for delivery, especially during peak seasons.
Which address should I use? (PO Box vs. Street Address)
Customers sometimes ask whether they should provide a USPS address or a UPS/FedEx address. Here’s how it works:
If you provide a PO Box:
Your order will be delivered by USPS. Our fulfillment partners automatically select USPS for PO Box destinations.
If you provide a residential/street address:
The shipment may be delivered by any carrier used by our warehouses (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, LaserShip, OnTrac, or regional carriers). We cannot choose or change which carrier is assigned to your shipment.
Premium PO Box Services (for receiving UPS/FedEx/etc at your PO Box)
Some customers want all packages—even those shipped by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or regional carriers—to be delivered to their PO Box. Normally, private carriers cannot deliver to a PO Box. However, if your post office offers Premium PO Box Services, USPS will accept packages from any carrier on your behalf and place them in your box (or hold them for pickup).
To use this service, USPS requires that you address your shipment using the Street Addressing format for your PO Box.
How to format the address
Use the street address of the post office, not the words “PO Box.”
Your box number becomes the unit number.
Format:
[Post Office Street Address] #[PO Box Number] [City, ST ZIP+4]
Example:
123 Main St #4567 Springfield, IL 62704
Important details:
- Use the post office’s street address, not “PO Box.”
- The PO Box number must be written as a unit number (e.g., #123 or Unit 123—your post office will specify which format they prefer).
- Never include the words “PO Box” anywhere in the address when using this format.
- USPS will then accept packages from private carriers and deliver them to your box.
